How quickly can I see a GP?
Most appointments are available within 24 hours. You can often book same-day appointments, especially during weekday hours.
Are your GPs Irish-registered?
Yes, all our GPs are registered with the Irish Medical Council and are fully qualified to practice in Ireland.
How do I get my prescription?
Your prescription is sent electronically by Healthmail, the secure clinical email service used by Irish pharmacies, straight to the Irish pharmacy you nominate. There is nothing to collect or bring with you — just go to that pharmacy. We do not issue paper prescriptions.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption and are fully GDPR compliant. Your health data is stored securely and never shared without consent.
